Sunday November 22nd
Temp 31/22/Humidity 55/Feels like 36 A few clouds
Hi all. I think Sundays are our day of rest…………….we woke up really, really, really late (don’t tell anyone 1pm) to a sunny day with a bit of clouds, go figure……oh yeah! We woke up in paradise!
Coffee was a bit (ok lots) strong, we really need to go lighter on the coffee (Ross), after 2 scoops of coffee mate it was still dark. I talked with Pam and Stacy, Pam was on her way to the Bay to register for her wedding and Stacy was in North Carolina with Jessie, her mom (from Costa Rica) and Jordan was visiting too! We chatted for a while and I need to call Pam later to chat.
Ross got the pressure washer out and had a gay old time washing the car, the street, the patio, the scooters and I think anything else that moved. Our pressure washer works great! Carol came over and dropped off her extra kitty to see if he will become part of our home, but he is having a hard time with the dogs so we’ll see how things go. I now have 2 cats scared of Jake! If they just didn’t run he wouldn’t chase them, we have our fingers crossed.
I finished installing Windows 7 on all 3 of our Vista computers and it seems to be working just fine. I was really concerned with Ross’s computer but it seems to have accepted the new platform quite well (I am so excited; everyone that knows Ross’s computer should also be excited)! He is definitely not computer savvy!
We are watching Holmes on Homes (HGTV) after a great dinner of pork, rice, apple sauce and sweet potatoes. We actually found them at Wallyworld. We bought Sweet potatoes Yams and they were yams, we bought Yams sweet potatoes and they were sweet potatoes! Only in Mexico! Ross is having dessert (skittles) and I think we’ll have an early night, at least I hope so. So I think I’m gonna say bye for now (oops, there goes another fire cracker….we have been hearing them all week because of the holiday) and we’ll talk again soon.
